We are looking for a Resident Services Co-Ordinator to join our team at Summerset in Ellerslie! This role supports the Village Manager in our village by being the key customer service point of contact for village residents, promoting, developing, and co-ordinating the services delivered to village residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Being the key customer service point of contact for all residents curating exceptional experiences and events across the village
• Developing strong relationships with the residents to best anticipate their needs and expectations
• Co-Ordinating service delivery teams, maintaining a strong culture of high service and standards
