We are seeking a Field Coordinator/Construction Manager to oversee major water and wastewater infrastructure renewal projects. This role involves comprehensive construction inspection, administration, and management coordination. The primary focus is on monitoring and managing contractor activities to ensure adherence to plans and specifications. You will review onsite construction work for compliance with Contract Drawings and Specifications and facilitate communication between the Owner and Contractor to ensure construction activities do not disrupt Owner operations. Additionally, you will assist with construction administration tasks such as RFIs, RFCs, field orders, claims, submittal and schedule reviews, meetings, and payment applications.
