The project site is located near Shatin Pass Road & Lung Cheung Road, Wong Tai Sin, Kowloon
The project includes Foundation, ELS and Pile Cap works, and the works will be commenced at early July 2026 and expected to be substantially completed at the end of Dec 2028.
