Educational and Experience Requirements:

• Graduate of bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• PRC License (Electrical Engineer)
• At least 3 years of experience in Building/Facilities/Property Management
• Work experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and/or construction works in a supervisory capacity is preferred
• With working experience in line with managing business facilities (high rise building operational equipment)
