We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Engineer - Enabling Works to join our team in Dubai United Arab this critical role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing enabling works projects ensuring successful site preparation for future construction activities.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise quality assurance inspection staff and sub-consultants to ensure all work complies with approved plans specifications and project requirements.
• Monitor and take responsibility for the safety of AECOM staff and contractors ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and maintain effective communication with the Client Authorities and Contractor personnel to support smooth project execution.
• Prepare issue and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to address deviations from project specifications.
