THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Social Worker to develop individualised care plans for residents and execute them while monitoring progress. This role requires a degree in Social Work and preferably some experience in the Social Service Sector.

The position is based in Bukit Batok, Singapore, and the working hours are from Monday to Thursday (8am to 6pm) with an earlier finish on Friday. Occasional Saturday work might be required.
