The Resident Care Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of resident care needs including drafting the schedule, maintaining required logs such as the physician appointment log and the pharmacy log, filing and organizing the clinical record, retrieving signed physician orders, and assisting the Director of Health & Wellness as needed.
