A resident assistant is responsible to provide assistance and treatment to program participants on CBRF. To help ensure active participation in the rehabilitation program. To participate as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team. To provide the resident population with education, assistance, supervision, safety, and behavior management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Functions at all times as a therapeutic agent by demonstrating teaching, reinforcing, anticipating, interacting, and noticing program participant behavior.
• Tends to the program participant's immediate needs through safety, education, health/hygiene, and comfort in ways that foster independent functioning on the part of the particip...
