What you'll do

The primary purpose of the Resident Aide is to assist the Nursing staff in performing non-technical assigned tasks.

+ Assist in resident transports throughout the facility and to and from medical appointments as assigned

+ Assist in passing fluids and nourishment to residents after completing appropriate in-servicing under guidance of the LPN/Charge Nurse

+ Assist the nursing staff in performing tasks as assigned such as bed-making for empty beds only, straightening linens, cleaning closets and bedside tables, answer call lights and resident’s alarms
