We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and innovative Resident Advisor  to join our New York City team and contribute to our goal of making a difference. dWELL Recovery is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Resident Advisor to work the following shifts:

• Shift 1: Saturday-Sunday from 6p-11p Shift 2: Saturday-Sunday from 10a-6p The Resident Advisor will play an essential role in providing direct support to residents, helping them navigate individualized goals, daily routines, and life skills that promote recovery and independence.
