About the role

To provide accommodation and support to young people aged 16 to 18 who are part of the Care system or Youth Justice System, and empower them to develop their independent living skills to enable them to move on to their own accommodation.

You will be playing a vital role in helping these young people flourish and move on to independent living. This could be supporting them to manage complex issues they may be facing around mental health, domestic abuse, substance misuse or criminality. It could be helping them to learn key life skills like budgeting and paying bills, or assisting them with claiming benefits and job searches.
