What You’ll Do

• Assist in managing room reservations via phone, email, and online channels
• Provide guests with accurate information about room types, rates, promotions, and hotel services
• Support the team in handling booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests
• Maintain updated and accurate information in the reservation system (PMS)
