As our Reservations Manager, you will oversee the full Reservations function for Pullman Auckland. You’ll ensure smooth daily operations, maximise occupancy and revenue, and lead a small team of Heartists who deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction.

You will work closely with key departments—including Sales, Revenue, Front Office, Conference & Events—to optimise performance, manage group allocations, support yield strategies, and uphold brand standards in all reservation processes.
