A picturesque lodge situated in the Western Cape seeks a professional, organised, and customer-focused Reservationist/Admin Coordinator to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reservations, guest communication, administrative coordination, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the lodge.
This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced hospitality environment, and committed to delivering exceptional guest service. Due to the location of staff accommodation outside the lodge premises, applicants must possess reliable personal transportation and a valid driverβs license. Key Responsibilities
