- Industry / Organization Type: Traveling Agencies
- Position Title: Reservation & Ticketing Executive
- Working Location: Beach Road
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 5.00pm; Sat, 9.00am – 1.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,500 + Variable bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Manage bookings and walk-in inquiries, handling the entire ticketing process.
- Make bookings, reservations, confirmations, and changes accurately for passengers.
- Handle inquiries from passengers, agents, corporate clients, and BSPs via phone and email.
- Process reservations, mileage redemptions, ticket issuance, schedule changes, re-bookings, and re-issuance efficiently.
