Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
•Manage room reservations received via telephone, email, website, and other booking channels.
•Provide accurate information regarding room availability, rates, packages, and hotel facilities.
•Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and special requests in a timely manner.
•Maximize room revenue through upselling opportunities and adherence to revenue management strategies.
•Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure compliance with Accor brand standards.
