About the job RESERVATION AGENT CUM ADMIN

Our client is a premium nightlife venue in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phones and assist customers in making, altering, or canceling reservations
• Respond to emails with reservation information, confirmations, and additional details related to club bookings.
• Advise customers regarding ongoing promotions or available upgrades that may enhance their experience

What we are looking for?

• Experience in reservations system (Seven Rooms) is a must
• Hands‑on approach with a can‑do work style
• Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
