About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about mechanobiology, immunology, and cancer research? UC3M invites applications from researchers interested in joining a highly collaborative biomedical research environment focused on immune cell biomechanics and cancer.

We welcome applications from candidates holding a PhD, as well as strong predoctoral candidates, in Biophysics, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

Research Environment

The successful candidate will join the Faculty of Health Sciences at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M) and work under the supervision of Prof. Armando del Río and Dr. Iván Ballesteros. The group led by Prof. Armando del Río has recently moved from Imperial College London to Universidad Carlos III de Madrid to lead new biomedical research projects within the Faculty of Health Sciences.
