Job Description

The Research Manager manage research projects sold to a client, respecting business requirements and timings. Design, manage and deliver projects with minimal supervision and increase involvement in the management and development of clients and people.
 

Clients

  • Build strong relationships with customers and advise clients effectively on a course of action, add insight to key client issues, identify and convert business development opportunities in accordance with Client First principles.
  • Directly handle the (business) relationship with the client in all the research stages, provide and/or acquire information useful for the purposes of project closure and maintaining a full level of satisfaction of the client himself.
  • Develop responsibility for sales budget
