Role Summary

A Research Manager is the primary contact for client communication before/during/after projects and owns and delivers full research projects. We are looking for a Research Manager to reinforce our Research team in Barcelona. Within the SAM team regrouping several Research Managers, Panel Leaders and Technicians, you will be in charge of managing sensory projects and an ad'hoc expert panel for several clients.

Responsibilities

• Client Management – Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication and building strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
• Project Leadership – Independently manage and coordinate research projects from brief to delivery, including proposal writing, methodology selection, budgeting, and quality assurance.
