Job Description
The is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to investigate the cellular and molecular mechanisms of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) using iPSC‑derived motor neuron models from patients with genetic forms of ALS. The fellow will design and execute experiments that combine advanced stem‑cell culture and differentiation, CRISPR‑based perturbations, high‑content imaging, electrophysiology, and transcriptomic/proteomic analyses to dissect pathways in axonal transport, RNA/protein homeostasis, and to identify and validate therapeutic targets. Responsibilities include quantitative data analysis, manuscript preparation, presentation of findings at national meetings, and collaborative work with clinicians, bioengineers, and computational scientists.
