We are seeking an experienced Research Engineer familiar with arc welding and joining processes to join our Advanced E-beam and Arc Joining Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing processes, robotic toolpaths, setting up machines, and optimizing processes on the shop floor.

• Develop end-to-end joining and additive manufacturing solutions (parameters, deposition strategies), including required pre‑processing and post‑processing, for laser, e-beam and arc-based processes, brazing and soldering for cladding, repair, manufacturing and remanufacturing applications.
• Perform material evaluation (e.g., microstructural and defects analysis) and material testing, as well as the necessary sample preparation and heat treatment for the processed parts.
