- Masters degree in biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Plant Physiology, Chemistry, Agronomy, or related field
- Minimum 10 years experience within the agriculture industry
- At least 5 years experience managing or leading teams
- Strong experience in fertilizer product development and research
- Experience with laboratory, greenhouse, and field trials
- Strong project management, analytical, and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
- Knowledge of product registration processes and SOP development advantageous
- Afrikaans and English proficiency beneficial
