Research Scientist, Cell Biology – T Cell Biology Client is seeking a motivated Research Scientist to lead characterization studies focused on T cell product efficacy and safety. The role reports to a Director and involves independently designing and executing experiments, analyzing results, and presenting findings to cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Perform cell-based functional and biochemical assays to support candidate selection and combination strategies. Design experiments addressing tumor immunology and the immunosuppressive microenvironment. Manipulate T cells genetically/biochemically and evaluate their function. Analyze, organize, and communicate results to project teams and cross-functional audiences. Document findings for clinical studies and patent applications. Collaborate with Process Development, Translational Medicine, and Clinical teams. Mentor junior team members and contribute to project leadership.
