Rank: Research Associate – Niitsitapi pod

The Research Associate for the Niitsitapi pod is expected to:

• Lead the Niitsitapi pod language project, ensuring key milestones are met and supporting and advising the students who are operationalizing the activities.
• Manage and coordinate other Niitsitapi pod research activities, including:
  • Planning and coordinating research mobilization activities, including (for example) contributions to research publications and presentations.
  • Hiring and training core pod positions, including onboarding new pod members.
  • Supervise research assistants and researchers in residence, and other pod employees as appropriate.
  • Organize and chair pod meetings.
  • Assist project leads in organizing meetings with pod partners and community members.
