Job Description
The R&D Manager leads the R&D team and oversees the planning, execution, and development of strategic research initiatives and corporate governance programs. This role ensures the quality, coherence, and impact of ICD’s thought leadership content. The position requires a strong blend of leadership, research expertise, course development, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to ICD’s strategic decision making through robust research insights. The R&D Manager is also directly involved in managing digital content, implementing and maintaining digital library systems, and guiding thought leadership to advance ICD’s mission and vision.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, business research, social sciences, psychology). An advanced degree such as a Master’s or a Doctorate degree is desirable.
