The Research and Breeding Greenhouse Manager is responsible for R&D Greenhouse operations in Ciudad Guzman, Mexico and Trujillo, Peru.
The primary objectives are seed and seedling production for our blackberry, blueberry, raspberry and strawberry crops and stage 1 rubus production.
This includes all aspects of pollination, germination, marker screening, propagation, pest control, greenhouse environmental control and growing.
This role requires leadership and initiative to develop plans and drive high quality results.
Close collaboration with the farming and breeding teams and continued development and motivation of the Greenhouse Operations team in a dynamic work environment are keys to success.
