Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Sourcing: Driving end-to-end hiring for niche technology mandates including Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Product, and Data Science.
Market Mapping: Building exhaustive talent pipelines and executing deep market mapping to identify elite technical talent.
Stakeholder Management: Partnering closely with senior technology and business leaders to understand and fulfill complex organizational needs.
Operational Excellence: Leveraging advanced tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and complex Boolean search to optimize the hiring lifecycle.
Talent Advisory: Providing market intelligence and compensation benchmarks to internal stakeholders to ensure competitive positioning.
Requirements
Experience: 10+ years of dedicated technology recruiting experience.
