Key Responsibilities Carry out regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements. Identify workplace hazards and recommend practical solutions to prevent incidents and accidents. Monitor daily operations and ensure that employees follow approved safety procedures. Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and induction sessions for workers and visitors. Assist in implementing company HSE policies and procedures. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss events and prepare accurate reports. Ensure that personal protective equipment (PPE) is used correctly and consistently.
