Reproductive Medicine Unit Project Manager

We have an exciting 12‑month Project Manager opportunity in the Women's Health Division at University College London Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The role requires an experienced operational leader passionate about quality, patient‑centred care and service improvement. The successful candidate will plan and lead complex projects related to new service establishment, productivity, performance, service improvement and income generation.

Main Duties

The post holder will deliver the RMU operational and strategic projects, including NHS and private IVF services, Fertility Preservation, and the 179A development. They will monitor progress, work with clinical teams, administrators, managers and the Trust strategy team to develop service models, and redesign and implement patient pathways.
