Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families: Responsible for providing a range of business and systems and trending analysis and support services to the Employee Experience, Strategic Partnerships team and clients. Analyzes and interprets HR data as well as information required to support large-scale change initiatives and expansions; provides recommendations to department members on the information analyzed. Maintains and supports relevant databases to ensure appropriate data capture, system maintenance and analytics.
