The Reports and Reconciliation Department Head oversees the accurate and timely reconciliation of accounts and ensures full compliance with regulatory and internal reportorial requirements. The role is responsible for the submission of reports to regulatory bodies (e.g., BSP, SEC, AMLC) within prescribed deadlines to avoid penalties, as well as the proper handling of AMLA-covered transactions.

The position also ensures efficient operational support, including user access management, W8BEN-E documentation for counterparties, safekeeping of KYC documents, and control of departmental supplies. Continuous process improvement and operational efficiency are key focus areas.

In addition, the role involves leading and developing the team through coaching, performance management, and regular engagement, ensuring high standards of accuracy, compliance, and productivity across all functions.
