Reporting Specialist

Job Requirements*

We are looking for a Reporting Associate – People Analytics to support the delivery,

maintenance, and validation of workforce reports and dashboards for Global and

U.S. employee populations. This role focuses on data accuracy, report generation,

dashboard support, and user assistance across people metrics such as headcount,

hiring, attrition, diversity, learning, and employee movement.

The role works closely with People Analytics Leads, HRBPs, COEs, HRIS, and IT

teams to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent reporting outputs.

• Support preparation and refresh of key HR metrics dashboards using

Power BI for Leadership, HRBPs, and COE users
