Responsibilities

• Support the AM Mandate Reporting Team in daily operations and ongoing project work
• Perform data quality checks, data validations, corrections and follow-ups during production cycles
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity and availability within reporting processes
• Collaborate with internal service teams to clarify issues and implement fixes
• Handle ad‑hoc requests, mailbox support and operational reporting inquiries
• Support mandate onboarding and RFP‑related processes
• Clarify reporting requirements with Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers
• Draft, review and adjust reports and reporting‑related documentation
• Manage and track Jira tickets, tasks and open issues
