This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.


About the Role

In this role, you will develop, maintain, and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and data solutions across HR systems and reporting platforms including Workday and Qlik. You will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that enable HR teams and business leaders to make informed decisions.


What You’ll Do
+ Create, deliver, and maintain reports and dashboards for end users, ensuring data quality, accuracy, consistency, reliability, and completeness
+ Design and build reporting solutions and visualizations using HR systems and business intelligence tools such as Workday, Qlik, and or similar platforms.
