What you’ll do

• Manage and maintain process flow for an assigned workstream.
• Collaborate closely with your Team Leader and team to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure uninterrupted process completion and strict adherence to established guidelines.
• Execute operations and stock management; ensure accurate and timely completion of routines, lead the team to handle tasks, and oversee all activities to fill shelves and manage deliveries according to standards.
• Lead on‑job training and coaching for team members, champion a safe and healthy work environment.
• Ensure all teams meet correct standards, prioritize shelf‑friendly packaging, and manage overstocks effectively.
• Escalate process‑related issues to the Function Lead promptly.
