**Job Description:**

**Position Summary:** The **Repair Coordinator** will be responsible for carrying out and documenting various investigations related to existing, potential, and perceived product and process failures received back from the field. Assisting the Repair Coordinator team with troubleshooting and production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Conduct hands-on trouble shooting of Orascoptic manufactured Medical Devices (e.g. loupe and light systems); determine root-cause and document necessary repair / rework required to bring product back to 100% performance criteria.
+ Documentation of repair/rework to be completed in Oracle.
+ Updating the complaint record (Q-module) with evaluation findings.
+ Interact with various disciplines including engineering, manufacturing, and customer service in a collaborative team environment.
+ Follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
