Key Responsibilities Portfolio & Lease Management

Manage all aspects of residential rental properties, including onboarding, inspections, renewals, and terminations.

Draft and manage lease agreements, addendums, extensions, and terminations.

Coordinate tenant onboarding with welcome letters and pre‑occupation documentation.

Track lease expirations, notices to vacate, and property turnover timelines.
