Responsibilities

• Collect rent from tenants in Band Rental Housing Units.
• Maintain housing inventory.
• Assist tenants with completing lease forms and inform tenants on housing policy and guidelines.
• Process monthly reoccurring rent charges in Xyntax.
• Issue notices to tenants for arrears of accounts.
• Provide program support to the Housing Team.
• Perform office duties such as typing correspondence, photocopying, filing, data entry.
• Respond to general inquiries from Band Membership about the LLRIB Housing Program.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class 5 Driver's license.
• Grade 12.
• Basic office administration skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and accounting systems.
