Basedin Abu Dhabi, the Rental Analyst is expected to be an enthusiastic andhardworking individual to manage the day-to-day activities for propertymanagement services. This exciting and challenging position requires theincumbent to operate at the highest standards of property management, ensuringthe business is in line with operations excellence, sales forecasts and tenantsupport as guided by the Rental Sales Manager to deliver on stakeholder expectations.The role is suited to a customer-service-oriented and leader spiritedindividual with the ability to interact with all community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding newcustomers and record all details in Salesforce.
• Register new stations andunits in the TAMM System
• Prepare new and renew expired Tawtheeqcontracts for each unit after receiving tenant documents. <...
