• Check customers identifications and driver license, draw up rental contract and payment process.
• Responsible of daily rental operation process.
• Process overdue vehicles and collect payments.
• Follow-up customers overdue and payments
• Receiving and delivering vehicles to customers
• Responsible of preparing reports.
• Receiving and solving customers’ complains and inquires.
• Inspecting and diagnosing vehicles for any damage or scratches
• All other job-related duties, as assigned.

Diploma in Business Management or Marketing

2 years of relevant experience and/or automotive sales, or equivalent combination of education and experience
