Renewables EPC Contracts Lawyer (Relocation SG or HK)

Our client is an international and growing renewable energy developer focused on solar, BESS and onshore wind projects across multiple markets. Expats who are willing to relocate to Singapore or Hong Kong are welcome to apply. A key requirement for this position is strong EPC and construction contract experience on renewable energy projects in Latin America, as the legal team supports projects across both Asia and LATAM. Responsibilities

• Lead legal and contractual management of EPC agreements on behalf of the project owner across the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects. This includes development, tendering, contract negotiation, execution, variation management, claims, completion and warranty phases. Ensure contractual frameworks protect the owner’s interests and manage risk appropriately.
