Job Description
Join the RAC as a Customer Service Advisor and support members and Renault UK customers when they need clear, confident help most. Based in our Bescot office, youโll be part of a busy contact centre team handling queries and complaints for Renault and Dacia customers. This is a role where conversations matter. Youโll take ownership of each case, working through issues from first contact to resolution and making sure every member feels heard and supported.
