The Workday Process Lead (Payroll & Time Tracking) supports the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation by coordinating, planning, and executing integration testing activities across Payroll and Time Tracking workstreams. This role ensures successful deployment of Workday HCM, including Payroll for the US, Canada, and Australia, with a strong focus on crossโfunctional testing, data validation, defect management, and test governance. Works closely with functional leads, integration teams, external vendors, and the overall testing lead.
