Medium is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding of clients using their software. This is a fully remote role based in Latin America that requires excellent communication skills and an ability to understand customer needs.

Your responsibilities will include leading the implementation process, conducting training sessions, and providing top-notch customer support. A passion for exceptional customer experiences, along with 3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, is essential.
