Job Description
Join Cybrid as a Remote Technical Customer Success Manager, ensuring partners maximize value from our platform post go-live. This role emphasizes technical advisory support and customer training on integrations and payment flows.
In this newly created role, you will work closely with fintechs and enterprises, enhancing their customer experience through technical guidance and troubleshooting. You will manage post-go-live customer portfolios, ensuring adoption and expansion by educating clients on Cybrid’s platform capabilities. Your expertise will help guide customers through their journey, maximizing their usage and delivery outcomes.
