Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)
Location: Fully Remote
Schedule: 9/80 Schedule (every other Friday off)
+ 8 days = 9-hour shifts
+ 1 day = 8-hour shift
+ Every other Friday off
Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a large, well-established Aerospace & Defense organization. This individual will drive full-cycle corporate recruiting efforts, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and secure top talent across multiple business units.
This is a fast-paced role requiring a high sense of urgency, strong organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities while holding stakeholders accountable throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer/close
+ Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and set clear expectations
+ Drive accountability across the hiring process...
