About the role:

We are seeking a highly organized, analytically minded Manager of Site Operations & Merchandising who sits at the intersection of site operations and digital merchandising. This role owns the day-to-day functionality of OSEA.Com while shaping the way our products are discovered, ranked, and experienced by customers. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of ecommerce experience, a passion for clean beauty, hands-on Shopify expertise, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
