A Higher Education client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior BI Developer to support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions within the School of Medicine. This individual will work closely with data owners and stakeholders to translate business processes and requirements into scalable reporting tools, dashboards, and data models that support operational and strategic decision-making. This role involves full lifecycle BI development, including building and enhancing reports in tools such as Power BI and SSRS, developing and maintaining SQL Server databases, and supporting SSAS tabular models through creation of measures, relationships, and row-level security. The BI Developer will also assist with ETL processes, including monitoring data pipelines, troubleshooting performance issues, and optimizing SQL queries and integrations to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
