Insight Global is seeking a remote project coordinator to support one of our hardwood manufacturing clients. This person will be responsible for on coordinating travel for the C-suite, managing logistics for meetings and events, and ensuring smooth execution of ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Meeting & Event Logistics:
o Confirm agendas, secure meeting rooms, and ensure necessary equipment (e.g., projectors) is available.
o Organize team dinners and coordinate restaurant reservations.
o Manage hotel room blocks for events and conferences.
• Project Support:
o Track workstream status reports and follow up on deliverables.
o Support evergreen projects and assist with IT Town Hall preparations (4 scheduled).
• Administrative Tasks:
o Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Teams for scheduling and communication.
